Meet Team GROW

Jessica Celia is GROW's founder and fearless leader from South Shore, MA. She lives with her husband, Tony, and three young children, Logan (8 years old), Grayson (5 years old), and Gloria (3 years old), as well as her mini poodle puppy named Sage. She loves cooking, interior design, and spending time with her family and also enjoys her full time job of dominating the mortgage world. 

Jessica has a passion for positivity, networking, and helping women to connect and build their businesses. In fact, she has helped countless women in Massachusetts connect with each other and potential customers with her South Shore W.O.M.E.N. FaceBook page, which has grown to almost 4,000 members in a notably short time span. Her determination in helping our local ladies achieve their dreams has been fierce from the start and she plans to continue to spread the inspirational butt-kicking as far and wide as humanly possible so that all women know the assistance they need is never out of reach. 

ANGELA COMPSTON IS OUR CREATIVE DIRECTOR WITH A PASSION FOR ART IN ALL FORMS. SHE LIVES IN KINGSTON, MA WITH HER 13 YEAR OLD SON, KODY, LAZY ENGLISH BULLDOG, MAIA (AKA WEENIE), AND CORGI NAMED SARGE. SHE APPRECIATES ALL THINGS OF BEAUTY, INSIDE AND OUT, AND ENJOYS MUSIC AND DANCING WHEN SHE’S NOT BUSY WRITING ABOUT HERSELF IN THIRD PERSON AND ASSISTING CLIENTS PURCHASE OR REFINANCE THEIR HOME AT HER FULL TIME JOB AS A LOAN SPECIALIST FOR LOANDEPOT’S TEAM JESSICA CELIA. THINGS THAT HAVE A SPECIAL PLACE IN HER HEART: KITCHEN DANCING, COFFEE, PEOPLE WHO LIKE TO LAUGH AND ARE UNAPOLOGETICALLY THEMSELVES, VOLUNTEERING, BOXING, AND TACOS. SHE IS ALSO A FAN OF RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS, RIDICULOUSNESS, SOMETIMES A LITTLE SHOCK VALUE FOR ENTERTAINMENT, AND WOMEN WHO TRULY LOVE TO INSPIRE AND EMPOWER OTHER WOMEN. ANGELA HAS ALWAYS BEEN A BIG BELIEVER IN THE POWER OF ALTRUISM, SIMPLE KIND GESTURES, AND PAYING IT FORWARD; SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, SHE IS THRILLED TO BE A PART OF GROW AND TO HELP WOMEN BUILD THEIR BEST FUTURES WHILE HAVING A GOOD TIME DOING IT.

amanda finn is a production assistant for loandepot's team jessica celia and has been an incredibly hard-working member of grow's behind the scenes crew! when she's not assisting clients with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, you can find her spending time with her husband and two kids. amanda especially loves attending her children's sporting events, summer vacations in cape cod and kennebunkport, as well as football sundays. we offer a huge thank you to amanda for being an important part of our wonderfully supportive female community! 

Let’s introduce our spunky friend & lively GROW teammate, Kate Ann. Her daily mantra is Be Happy Everyday.  If there’s anything you should know about Kate it’s that she loves a good prank. I mean who doesn’t love a good laugh?

She grew up right here on the South Shore, living in Whitman with her husband and three adorable dogs.

Kate’s passion is building genuine friendships through networking.  (She loves connecting people.) Friendly & knowledgeable women are her people and exactly what our GROW community embodies.

As our online group’s Live video leader she’ll be focusing on women who love to build one another up and enjoy networking.  Reach out to her if you would like to have your business featured in our 4K member community by donating a raffle item.

What can we say about our girl, Nikkie Munstis?! Besides being our Wellness Advocate and one of the sweetest humans to ever grace our presence, she is an avid, talented photographer with an awesomely contagious laugh. When she’s not drinking coffee (just kidding, she is always drinking coffee), she is planning her next cup. You can also find her in the kitchen cooking up her next healthy recipe!

Like the rest of the GROW crew, Nikkie is also from South Shore, MA. She is a lover of animals and has two incredibly fun and hilarious boxers, Charlie and Chloe. 

Nikkie’s benevolent and supportive nature make her the perfect addition to Team GROW as an advocate for women and their success in all aspects of life, health and wellness. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her for some friendly advice or just to say hello!

Heather Sheehan is a mom to 4 incredible children - Julia, Violet, Killian and Scarlett, wife to Johnny (a talented chef and musician), animal lover, and pet mom to a rescue pup named Echo, chicken named Mac, and leopard gecko named Rocket. Heather grew up as an avid dancer and can also be described as a vegan foodie, empath, friend, business owner, and entrepreneur. Heather strives to use her gifts and talents to improve the lives of others and to help them see their inner beauty and strength within. Heather graduated from Wheaton College with a BA in Psychology and has extensive experience in human resources. 

Using her intrinsic abilities and learned skills, Heather found success starting an online shop selling lipstick, cosmetics and skincare for a network marketing company, building a team and a business selling over 2 million dollars worth of products in her first year and a half. Heather and her husband have since become part of a business partnership, opening and running 2 Plymouth restaurants, Salt and Leena’s Kitchen, and have just added another waterfront business which will be re-opening this Spring, Pillory Pub. Heather also runs the HR department for the companies, facilitating the Benefits and Payroll for their wholesale company Land & Sea Provisions out of Pembroke, MA and providing marketing, social media and graphic design services. Heather’s experience in numerous fields as well as her innate supportive nature and heart of gold make her a fantastic and valuable addition to Team GROW! 

For over twenty years Dawn DeSario has been driven by a sense of service, and is passionate about supporting and inspiring women in business. Through organizing and leading several networking groups, she has provided coaching, training, and motivational skills to women in her community. Dawn is currently an integral part of a large women's networking group, South Shore W.O.M.E.N.

Dawn's enthusiasm and natural inclination to serve her business community is at the forefront of her ambition to help women GROW.
