GROW is a nonprofit organization operated by a small, but powerful network of fierce females who are determined to help women achieve true happiness and prosper by excelling in both business and in life.
GROW started as an idea gleaned from the inspired mind of Jessica Celia, successful business woman, mother of three, and creator and active admin of the South Shore W.O.M.E.N. FaceBook page, which has had an incredible impact on the women and the connections they've made in our local communities and their small businesses.
The positive impact we personally felt from the women and intercommunication on this page had us thinking we could do more. And it is our dream to do so, as we know that every woman has her own dreams and goals that she can achieve with a little support, and nothing would make us happier than helping her get there. This is where GROW comes in.
Through our experiences and interactions with our local ladies, we’ve come to realize what a great need there is for more women in leadership roles. Through mentorship programs, groups, events, funding education, and providing the assistance necessary to help women grow, our mission is to continue this movement of women empowering women. We know that growth is not easy, but now you don’t have to do it alone. Nothing grows without water, and we're here to make some waves.
